Please note that each wood pieces is different and variations in color may be a result due to the natural nature of the wood. Some wood pieces may have knots, or even a small visible line where the top layer of the meets, but we hand select and inspect each one before use. After engraving, we hand sand each piece to give a smooth and clean surface. Each sign is not seal and comes natural. We do offer wood seal options. Please send a direct message if you would like to have your wood seal 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
-These Personalized Luggage Tags are made to order and process with 2-5 Business days, 
orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. 
-Standard shipping is Via USPS Ground, shipping upgrades are available at checkout and rush order listings are available to be purchased for a 1-day processing. 
- feel free to request a mock-up before processing / shipment, as these are custom items, Returns are not accepted. If you receive the item and don’t like it or change your mind, we are not able to issue a refund. 
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and your item will be replaced 
please be advised that we do check and inspect all products before shipment, and we understand things do happen throughout transit and product do get damaged while in the hands of the carrier but if that’s the case please reach out so we can take care of the matter and sent a replacement.
