Modern Alli is committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care. 

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

We carry out quality checks before processing the ordered item(s). We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the items won’t get damaged in the dusting transit. Please note that Modern Alli is not liable for loss/damage that is caused to the items during transit or transportation. All products are insured based on value of item the therefore if lost/ broken in transit feel free to start a claim with the carrier to be compensated. If a product is eligible for refund, it can be determined. I will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.
