Shipping policy

Orders are required to be placed in a timely manner, so your order can arrive on time for your event. All orders are shipped by USPS after packaging and handed over to the carrier, which may arrive within 3–6 business days (Domestic) for Ground and 3 days (Domestic) priority shipping but are not limited to delays which are out of our control, since shipping is been handled by USPS, we do advise you to order ahead to incase there are any delays.

 

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, no weekends or holidays, and ship with USPS shipping time depending on the shipping you choose at checkout. 

 

We do offer 24H rush order processing through one of our listings to beat the wait. Simply add the rush order listing to your cart along with the item you are purchasing and checkout with both and your order will be processed and shipped the next day. 

 

Things do happen throughout transit, and we do understand carriers do not handle packages with the best care at times and even though we do take care to properly package all orders, give them enough cushion, use our fragile stickers. We are still here for you, if there is any damage to your order. Just reach out through message and we will send a replacement.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
